Please join us for fun and fellowship as we focus on mind, body and spirit through uplifting music, powerful personal stories, and easy exercises for our minds and bodies.

Our Keynote Speaker, Lisa Edmonds, is a gifted singer, worship leader, certified speaker and trainer for Stonecroft Ministries, cancer survivor, mom of two and an avid outdoor adventurer.
• Lisa, the youngest of six, grew up with many challenges that lead her to discover the Lord at the tender age of 13. Lisa has experienced God’s faithful hand in the many ups and downs of her life. From growing up in a violent household, to homelessness, to miscarriages in all three trimesters, and a cancer diagnosis. And, with the lows she’s also had glorious highs that has included singing for a collective audience of over 2 million people over the last 30 years as a worship leader. Lisa will share parts of her personal story and how important godly friendships and relationships have been along her journey.

In addition to hearing Lisa’s story, we will have music, snacks and lots of opportunities to get to know each other better!
